Dal 1° luglio 2023 le ammende riferite alle contravvenzioni in materia di igiene, salute e sicurezza sul lavoro e le sanzioni amministrative pecuniarie previste dal Decreto legislativo 9 aprile 2008, n. 81 sono aumentate 📈 del 15,90% secondo quanto definito dal decreto direttoriale del ministero del Lavoro 111/2023 del 20 settembre questo in virtù della variazione dell’indice ISTAT 💰 dei prezzi al consumo registratasi nel quinquennio 2019- 2023.

Nuovo accordo stato-regioni formazione sicurezza lavoro 2023

The draft of the new State-Regions Agreement for the harmonization of workplace safety training provided for by Article 13 of Legislative Decree 146/2021, which was to be adopted by June 30, 2022, has been received. The agreement aims to identify the duration and minimum content of health and safety training courses, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 81 of April 9, 2008.

The main new features:

TRAINING SUBJECTS:

  • 1.1 the “institutional” subjects;
  • 1.2 the “accredited” subjects;
  • 1.3 the Joint Bodies as identified by art. 51 of Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 and the most representative employers’ or workers’ trade unions at the national level.

2.1 COURSE FOR WORKERS
1. Worker Training: The general training remains 4 hours, but the specific training will change, which will be 6 hours for everyone, so there will no longer be a distinction between low, medium and high risk.

2.2 COURSE FOR SUPERVISORS
The course for supervisors is accessible only after completing the general and specific training for workers, and the course will last a minimum of 12 hours.
Refresher courses are held every two years and last a minimum of 6 hours.

2.3 MANAGEMENT COURSE
The training for managers becomes 12 hours.

3. EMPLOYER COURSE:
The 16-hour employer course has been slot depo 10k added, along with the 6-hour “Construction Sites” module.
Refresher courses, with a minimum duration of 6 hours, are offered every five years.

7. COURSE FOR WORKERS WORKING IN SUSPECTED POLLUTION-PROOF OR CONFINED ENVIRONMENTS (Presidential Decree no. 177/2011)
New regulated course lasting 12 hours.
Refresher courses every five years lasting a minimum of 4 hours relating to the practical part.

9. EQUIPMENT: Important news, introduction of new equipment:

  • a) 8-hour theoretical and practical training course for workers assigned to driving agricultural fruit-picking machines (fruit-picking wagons);
  • b) 8-hour theoretical and practical training course for workers assigned to operating loaders for the movement of materials;
  • c) 10/11-hour theoretical and practical training course for workers operating overhead cranes.

The delivery methods for occupational health and safety courses, in addition to physical presence in the classroom, are:

  • physical presence
  • synchronous video conference
  • e-learning
  • mixed mode.
